Melia Paulista Hotel Sao Paulo

The hotel had a great location, with easy access to the city's main attractions and public transportation. The rooms were modern and well-decorated, with comfortable beds to ensure a good night's sleep. the staff were friendly and always willing to help.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that could be improved. The breakfast was only average, lacking variety and quality compared to other hotels.

During our recent stay at Melia, we were impressed by the excellent location and the hotel's beautiful design. The lobby and common spaces had a special charm, made us feel welcome. the breakfast served at the hotel was nothing short of fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

Fairly clean, good central hotel with unbeatable location right across from Consolacao train station. Generous breakfast with variety of food options.

Well, Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

The first 5 star hotel where everything was great and clean. Our food for buffet breakfast was good and all the staff were brilliantly friendly and superfriendly. The airport was 20 minutes drive from the place. Great service and good value. Also with its fast wifi we could post videos etc. Nice overall experience.

This hotel was a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, and sauna were highlights of our stay. the rooftop pool with sun loungers and spa lounge provided a relaxing atmosphere with stunning views.

The hotel is perfectly located down the street to the Maksoud plaza and directly in the city center, making it convenient for sightseeing. It is in a safe area and in front of a metro station which makes everything easier. The rooms are spacious and the bed and linen are of very good quality. The staff is helpful and provides excellent customer service, going above and beyond for guests. The breakfast is delicious and the wifi works well.

The room service can be a little slow, with waiting times of around 30-45 minutes.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities, such as the sauna and full body massages, were exactly what we needed after a long day exploring the city. the rooftop pool and sun loungers provided a perfect spot for relaxation with a beautiful view.

Although the service staff was friendly and attentive, we experienced a minor issue with the restaurant. Special diet menus were not readily available and the wait time for food was longer than expected.

I recently stayed at a hotel on Avenida Paulista and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, right at the beginning of the avenue and close to the metro station. Our room was upgraded to a premium double, a pleasant surprise. The bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean. Despite facing the busy avenue, the room was quiet and I was able to sleep well. The room had ample space to work and had plenty of electrical outlets. The shower was also in good condition.

One thing that stood out was the breakfast. Although it was crowded, there was a nice glassed-off area with tables on the sidewalk.
